Dear Sir or Madam,

            Lately, I have rented a Mercedes Benz car (item #H 156 AY) from your company on September 30. Unfortunately, when I drove this car I felt no air coming from the air conditioner. Now, the air conditioner has stopped working. I phoned the customer care center two days ago to resolve the problem. But it has still not been repaired.

            To resolve the problem, I would like you to repair this car. If there is no action taken within two days, I want complete refund of the 200 in rent which I paid in advance.
